Hello BP family, I recently met with a property owner whose motivated to sell his home. He mention he talked to an agent about listing his home in a couple of months. My question is would this be an issue for me if I got the house under contract, if so how do I go about convincing him not to list it with an agent? I'm highly confident in bring a end buyer to this deal, I just never encountered this situation before. Any knowledge will help. Thank You and have a great day!

if he isn't under contract with the agent then treat it as any other deal and try to move forward with getting him under contract before he does with the agent.
