wholesaling as an agent?

Im currently in the process of getting my RE license & would like to know if I can wholesale while working as an agent & if i could also assign a contract while also being the agent on the deal?

You absolutely can wholesale with a license. There are several ways to wholesale while being licensed. Try landing with a Keller Williams or a similar company they are very investor friendly. You just might have to double close instead of assigning... Who cares big freakin whoop! Just do it!

I can't tell you how many lawyers, re agents, title co. and everyone else in real estate told me it was illegal! I was told no that's illegal so many times I nearly second guessed myself but we never gave up and last week we did our biggest deal to date.
