Im currently in the process of getting my RE license & would like to know if I can wholesale while working as an agent & if i could also assign a contract while also being the agent on the deal?

I was just curious I am currently looking to get my real estate license I would like to know what is a good affordable real estate license course that is accredited by TREC that offers online courses in the San Antonio area I would prefer if not thats fine it would be much appreciated thank you.

Is there any Real Estate investors in the San Antonio metro area that are looking for an apprentice or assistant? I am currently looking for a way to start off by wholesaling but I am seeking a mentor if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I was just curious would  $1,000 be enough to start up my marketing for a seller and too also get all of the things that I would need to close a deal?

I agree I'm hesitant I have posted before on craigslist and I was not successful in receiving any good leads & I think it is because there are a million wholesalers and other investors advertising almost the same We buy houses ad.
