Does anyone have experience negotiating with Medicaid? I jsut recently got a contract on a house where my purchase price is half the value of the medicaid lien. I've done short sales plenty of times but never with a Medicaid lien.

The executor gave me permission to try and negotiate with them so I'm wondering what kind of mess I'm getting myself into ;)

Any advice or experiences would really help!
