Non Refundable Assignment Fee?
For all you wholesalers out there, I have a question.
I'm looking to wholesale a deal or two, and I had some pushback from a buyer that hadn't heard of it before, and was uncomfortable paying an assignment fee up front.
I know you can charge an assignment fee up front(obviously better for me), or build it into closing. So here's my question. Have you had pushback on the non-refundable assignment fee? Should I accept that it should be at closing, or can I expect it up front? Does it just depend on the seller?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
