So...my team and I have a BIG list of properties (vacants) and have gathered info on the owners and made lots of calls...no deals yet, BUT not losing hope! 

We are still looking for more and more properties mainly by cruising for cash. We managed to find 32 vacants in a matter of an hour and half of driving around the other day in Passaic County, NJ. Other than cruising, what are some of the best ways you have acquired leads?
