My name is Rich Rozefort. I'm brand new at wholesaling and I am looking for advice on marketing for new leads.

What strategy would you recommend to generate leads on a somewhat limited marketing budget? Would you purchase leads from a provider such as listsource? Would you utilize bandit signs?

Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks, Arin. I am definitely looking into a bandit sign campaign. I'm about to place an order for 100 to get started. It seems like the way to go for now. In the future I would also like to use direct mail marketing, but I am still learning the in's and out's of executing a successful campaign.

Thank you very much. I appreciate you taking the time to offer your advice.

 Hey Rich, welcome to BP!

Where do you stand in terms of understanding the process of wholesaling? Are you comfortable dealing with people and comping property values, etc? The only reason why I'm asking is because buying 100 bandit signs would be a waste of money if you don't know how to deal with the incoming leads.

I want to make sure you put your homework into developing a system for yourself in terms of lead capture, lead follow ups, property comping websites, potential buyer prospects, what sells in the area, etc.

This is in no means a discouragement! Only reason why I mention it is because if you don't know how to process the leads you'll feel like you wasted your money and time.
