Hi everyone I have a question. I'm looking am looking wholesale a commercial property. My question is would I use the same purchase agreement as if I were going to wholesale a house? If I have to use a different one does anyone have an example or can anyone help me with what I have to say in a purchase of agreement for commercial property.
