Hi everyone, Its been 3 yrs since I have created this account and logged in but today I am logging in as a real estate agent. I just wanted to reintroduce myself to you all and I hope everyone is doing well with their investing.

That is very true I do have the contracts I was just under the impression that an attorney had to review before I will definitely look at the videos to see if my contracts reflect the ones on the video. Thank you for the help I would've reached out to you but I just didn't want to feel like a burden or anything. I have to realize people don't mind helping those who want to learn. 

I'm a beginner wholesaler and I've heard that it costs little to no money to begin. Which I have mostly found out to be somewhat true. I have been looking up properties but what's been holding me back to actually getting them under contract is the fact that I don't have the funds to pay for an attorney to review the contact make sure that it's valid and contains all it clauses. My question is how do I get around this? Is there even a way? I need some help.

How to go about getting an attorney to look over your wholesaling contract? Is this service free or does it cost? 

I'm looking into a property that is being sold by the owner for 575,000 he will negotiate the price if sold as is. This property has 7 service bays 2.600 sqft retail space and 2,000 sqft office space. What I'm wanting to know is how do I go about putting together a contract for wholesaling commercial property? 

Hi everyone I have a question. I'm looking am looking wholesale a commercial property. My question is would I use the same purchase agreement as if I were going to wholesale a house? If I have to use a different one does anyone have an example or can anyone help me with what I have to say in a purchase of agreement for commercial property.

I am wanting to know as Real Estate wholesaler is it a necessity to have a website since you are the "middle man" or should you make a website showing off the property you have available and or trying to sell to cash buyers?
