I am from Orange County California and would really love to get started on wholesaling in my area but given that the market here is pretty high i am having trouble figuring out where to start. does any one have any recommendations?

If you are going to do mailers then start by find the median home price in OC and target non-owner occupied homes in that price range. If you did bandit signs, post them in those neighborhoods (be careful thought, it's probably against city ordinances). You can also go to List Source.com and for free see where the majority of cash buyers are buying and target those neighborhoods or zip codes. Hope this helps.
