How to Convert Addresses into Leads
I am an aspiring wholesaler from Mobile, AL and I have been "Driving 4 Dollars", meaning that I have been driving around town looking for FSBOs and vacant houses. I have a list of about 20 houses that look like they might be abandoned or maybe have recently deceased owners. How would you go about finding the owners of these properties and then marketing to them? Is the best way just look into public records and send them a letter?
Thanks!

That's just about it. The other option is knocking on the front door. But, generally, you're going to look up the owner's information on the tax collector's site. Hopefully that is available where you are. Otherwise, you're going to be going to the courthouse to physically look up the information.
