Wholesaling With a Realtor

Hey guys. I've got a property that I need to sell and I found an investor who wants to wholesale it. The problem is that the property is under contract with a realtor.

The wholesaler is willing to cover my closing costs and commission to the realtor, but I'm not quite sure how the whole deal will happen. I get the basics.

1 - He and I agree that he'll get the property at price x (say $100k)
2 - He brings buyers to the table
3 - The buyer agrees to a price with the wholesaler (say $110k)

That's where it gets confusing.

Who goes to close?
What price goes on the contract?
How does closing work exactly in this situation?

Any help would be great as this might happen any day now for me.

Thank you.
