PLEASE HELP!!! Licensed Agent In Georgia Needs To Know How To Wholesale From MLS

Hello Everyone!

I have cash buyers looking for turnkey properties (Under $30k in Georgia) that will will have no more than a few thousand dollars worth of work to be done. I am a licensed real estate agent. I need to know how to set up a wholesale deal as an agent via MLS listings. How do I approach a Potential Short Sale deal , or foreclosures, or REOs that's listed on the MLS to eventually wholesale it to my cash buyers? I'd rather wholesale them than take the 3% commission. PLEASE HELP ASAP! Thanks
