Goldmine ..... Or a waste of time?!?!
IM A NEWBIE!
Last weekend a buddy of mine and me went to go look for distressed properties to get under contract to wholesale. In doing so we ended up in a very nice neighborhood. This particular neighborhood was very well kept up and had high property values.
Anyway I found a house where a tree had fell over the top of the house and collapsed the roof! It's safe to say that the homeowners aren't probably living in it now.
Should I try to wholesale this property as is!?!
I figured that the neighborhood is excellent and if I got it under contract a rehabber would but it from me just because of the neighborhood and either rehab the house or demolish the house and then rebuild another house there
Or will I be shooting myself in the foot with this thinking?!?!?
