After attending a couple of seminars I decided along with a partner that we should get our feet wet with Wholesaling.  I'd really love to hear any advice, pitfalls, things to consider and etc. that everyone can offer.

just keep yours leads coming. even when you are working on a deal keep more of them coming. dont let your leads go cold.

you really wont learn what you are in for until you actually DO IT
