I've been in contact with a cash buyer in NYC. He's looking for deals in Brooklyn. Please message me if you have something good! 

If you've read any of my other threads, you'll know that I' pretty new at this. This investor has promised me a nice fee for bringing him a deal that closes, but maybe it would be best if you and I did a joint venture as I've never worked a deal with this buyer. He seems trustworthy, buy you never know I guess? :)
