Hi BP !,

I am looking to wholesale a Single Family Property. The owner is deceased and the widower wants to sell. Prior to me locating the property, I assume the (wife) filed for Debtor's Court. The property is vacant and she wants to sell, although the property is in Debtor's court. Can someone give me some suggestions as to how a property in this situation can be wholesaled if the Wife/Widower wants to sale?

Wholesale, ho-tail, or retail, the issue is to determine the status of title and what is required to pass title to another.

The secondary problem is control; how do you control a property that someone may not own?

Tackle problem #1 first so you'll know how best to pass title. Once you know status, you can work on documentation for problem #2.
