structuring contracts
Hello BP,
Mocellie here.I have a guy looking to sell (2) properties,we've agreed on a price.My question is,would it be find to put both properties on one contract.

I would not put both properties on same contract. You may only be able to sell one, and if you put on same contract then the contract would be invalid.
