okay so this is probably a dumb question

when i give this guy a call, when do i set up a time for the contractor to find the repair value? am i supposed to have the contractor come find repair value the same time that i am having a meeting with the seller? do i set up two different meetings one for the contractor and one for me?

what if the contractor and seller have two different time frames and cant be together at the same time.

am i supposed to have contractors lined up and ready?

how does this all work....

dumb question but its killin me
