Tips on Whole Saling

Hello,

I am an aspiring entrepreneur and real estate investor.

I am very new to real estate. I guess you can say I'm a "virgin" to real estate. I have no experience whatsoever.

Currently I'm developing my C-Corporation and building its credit.

For now, I want to delve into Whole Sale buying through Contract Assignments and Double Closing.

Do you have any knowledge or wisdom that you would be able to share with me on this topic? Thank you!
