Hi All.

Does anyone know of any good HVAC companies that specialize in mini split installs? The house has a swamp cooler and the only part of the house that stays a little warmer is the converted garage.  Any suggestions?

@Matt Ward Oh I didn't know it would be incomplete if I filed and amended later.  I've got alot to learn lol.  I guess I thought I'd save money somehow but now I'm thinking it could cause more confusion.  I appreciate the help Matt!

Hi all,

Can I file my taxes without having to wait for our K-1?  My accountant will most likely file an extension for our partnership this year but I have W-2 income I'd like to file to get my refund back so not sure if I should file on my own and amend later if that's an option.

Hello folks,

Has anyone received a reciprocal license through another state and was able to renew their license with the original license being expired? In other words:

Colorado- original license

Louisiana-reciprocal license.

Colorado one expired and I need to renew my Louisiana but the commission gave two different answers for me. 1. My reciprocal license is a full license now and I do not need the original if it expired. 2. I need to keep both active.

If I made it confusing, I apologize but if anyone can give clarity it would be appreciated. Thanks!

@Robert Perry Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks @Hattie Dizmond the Dallas area is somewhere that we’re interested in as a place to relocate for a host of reasons.

Have any of my fellow veterans taken advantage of the property tax exemption in Texas and Florida?  The last time I checked, the rates for 10% disabled were $5,000 and it goes up with the more disability you have.  I believe that this exemption can only be implemented in a house hack or primary residence so just looking for anyone with experience doing this and if it is helpful in cost savings. Also I am 10% disabled for the record and open to hear of this exemption being used in other states as well.
