when i call someone to ask for a house that is for sale

what do i ask?

i see a guy in the newspaper who is selling the house are there any particular questions i want to ask over the phone?

are you working with a real estate agent?

why are you selling this house?

do you know of any current problems within the house?

do i ask those? any others?

Start out asking about the housesits sell before you reveal your self.
"Hi I am calling interested in the house you have for sale. What can you tell me about it(beds bath garages land, features etc...)

Are there any repairs needed or recent upgrade?

It sounds like a great house why are you trying to leave it?

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRYING TO SELL FOR?
