Wholesaling Pre-Forclosure Properties - Where do you find initial filings and what/who are your resources?
So I'm typically a buy and hold investor of multi-family properties in Central MA. I've been reading these boards for a while and learning a lot. As far as working with "pre-foreclosure" property owners that may have been issued the first notice from their bank, where do people go to find out when the notices are sent and when the homeowner receives their first notice? I wouldn't think this is public information yet. I have read about people using title companies as a resource but I don't fully understand how that resource is utilized.
