I'm just starting out and I'm reading this thread. So many question, even the ones that come with exp. how to determine ARV, which should I hunt down first( buyer or seller). Is there a way to get into trouble if I don't clause the right things? So many questions, so many different answers. I'm getting dizzy @_@

Today I took the first step on purchasing bandit signs and putting them up. However, I'm stuck at a fear stand still. I work right in the middle of the afternoon.. So when the 5oclock sellers get home, they won't be able to reach me because I work in a environment where we cannot have our phones on the floor. I find this May be a big issue and probably very suspicious to those who are looking to sale there house. In my shoes, how would you do this without scaring the motivated seller away because of suspect.

Hello Bp'ers my name is Latoya, I'm originally from Las Vegas, I'm a soon to be mom in July, I have a full time job as a AppleCare advisor (yes, APPLE). My real estate goals is to have a business that will never die and be lucrative regardless of the Era so I can teach my coming daughter. Like wholesaling. I'm looking for experienced Bp'ers that can possibly show me some things and priceless advise. I found Bp on iTunes (go figure, lol)

Hope I hear from new friends :)
