Hi there BP Fam! Just wondering if anyone has used a VA for their wholesaling/contract assignment business & if so, who were some of your favourites? Currently, my main bottleneck is going through hundreds of leads to qualify them before I spend the time running numbers; it would make my life easier & the business a lot more efficient if I had a VA who I could train to go through/qualify the leads for me so I can focus on the valuation/reaching out to homeowners. Any info would be helpful, thanks! :)

Aloha Andy, I have a team of 15+ VA's out of the Philippines. Their english and work ethic is next level. The only downside is the time difference when its 11am in NYC, its 11pm in Manila. However, most of them are good accommodating US time zones. If you train them right, they will make your life a whole lot easier! You need good SOP's if you want the work done to your specifications. Please DM me if you have questions. Mahalo!

You can find good VAs on Upwork. Don't settle for the first VA you interviewed. I would interview a couple of admins and ask them "when" and "if's" questions.

After you hire the VA, you have to train them. I highly recommend creating procedures for them, either written or recorded. Have them shadow you consistently and check in with them.

I recommend not delegating a task until you are 100% successful at the task yourself.

Upwork seems like a great place to start, thank you for the tips :)

Hey @Andy Terra

I've been working with https://integriava.com/ for a while and have had a great experience with them. I currently have 5 VAs with them cold calling for me. Let me know if you want me to connect you with them.

Best of luck!

Hey @Andy Terra - currently I'm using a power dialer and handling the leads myself but plan on hiring some VAs later this year or early next. I have a few friends that use offshore teams of VAs and they've had positive experience so far.

If you've got an account to a power dialer, I'm down to partner and offer my qual & closing skills. I've worked as an acquisition's manager for an investment team and have wholesaled some deals with a dispo buddy of mine in the past. (Every once in a while I like to dip my toes back into the game.)

A VA can definitely help you with these tasks, I prefer folks out of Mexico and Latin America as they have native English and have the best hustle/sales skills, they usually go for $5-$7 dollars/hr for skilled cold callers. Let me know if you have any questions, would love to help.
