Starting Up in a New Market from Another State

Hello BP!

I know a lot of people have had success wholesaling real estate in different markets while living in a completely different State. Is there a post about this somewhere on this site or would anyone like to share their success story? Mainly what you felt you needed to get started up. I've had success in Atlanta however I'd like to add another market to my "arsenal". I'm hoping someone will share their experiences with us that are curious. Thanks!
