Newbie Wholesaler in Newark, NJ
Hi fellow investors. I'm new to the real estate business looking to start out doing wholesales in Newark and surrounding areas. I've come across many opportunities but haven't taken the step just yet because I need to find cash buyers that's buying in the areas. I would like to know should I just take the leap and put these properties under contract and advertise them or should I wait until cash buyers come around. Any suggestions. Thanks.
