I'm wholesaling a 4 house package deal that forbids assigning the properties so I'll do a double closing. Another wholesalers has a potential buyer for the deal but i need to know where i can get a consulting contract for that wholesalers fee since i can't use a JV- Assignment contract? Can anyone advise me on this please?

@J. Lancaster -

Just write up two separate contracts. One where you buy the property from the seller, and a second one where you sell the property to your buyer. In my state, I can double close using the B to C funds for my A to B closing. If you can't do that, you might have to use transactional funding. There is no need to get an attorney. This is two separate transactions so all you need is two contracts.
