Wholesaling Practices??

Hello all I'm an RE investor in the philadelphia area. One trend that I've noticed is that wholesalers are not providing any repair cost ideas in my area. They provide pics and the ARV and the rest is left up to the investor. Now I'm not sure what proper protocol is but I'd love to know from you all. Is it expected of the wholesaler to provide some sort of repair estimate in addition to what's listed above or is that generally left up to the buyer to figure out on his/her own. Of course I plan to do my own due diligence, just was looking for something to indicate if a particular property is a waste of time or not.

A wholesaler should tell you a repair estimate on each property. How can they present a deal without all of the numbers that help determine whether its a deal or not? I'd start telling them that you expect repair estimates to be presented with each deal.
