termites in the house

I was talking to a client of mine and they want to sell a house of theirs and they are currently in the process of cleaning it out. The told me that the house as termites. Would this be a big problem for someone that wants to renovate the house? If I do try to wholesale this house what costs or other things should I consider for my potential buyer?
