Quote from @Eric Gerakos:

With all due respect, wholesaling for most investors is a colossal waste of time and energy. Many new investors see it as an easy way to make money to invest. It's not and requires resources to be successful at it.

 So is college.

With so many dropouts, will you tell your kids not to bother with it?

Don't project your incompetencies onto others. Because YOU can't do it doesn't mean others can't.

Never start a sentence with "with all due respect" because if you meant this you wouldn't even start the following sentences.

She is not "most investors". In fact, you know nothing about her. You just insulted her by insinuating she is like most other investors.

Be supportive and help. She is not here on the wholesaling forum to be told to give up, right?

What you are saying is not wrong. Most people fail. But telling her or pushing her to not even do it because of that is not the way to go, even if your intention was truly to help.

Say something like wholesaling is hard, and many fail, Understand this and be willing to put in the work to make it.

That sounds a lot better don't you think?

Carry on!

;)
