Good morning, I am a realtor in Ohio and I am looking to start my flipping journey in the coming year 2024. I have been a realtor for a year now. My question is, as a licensed agent can I buy a wholesale deal without facing a legal issue? I know I disclose the realtor but besides that is there anything else I should be aware of?
