Not sure about Florida but here in Idaho there are some discount brokers who will list on MLS for a flat fee (like $500 usually) Best of luck!

thanks for your help BUT once I am not the onwer of this property , am I allow to place a ad on MLS ?? I think those flat free listing are everywhere

You're right- I don't think you can if you're not the owner. I would check with an agent in your area.

 thanks

I am pretty new doing wholesaling and I just got my first property under contract in Florida ( Sebring ).

I tried to place few ads on facebook, I call a bunch of builders and I skip traced about 40 cash buyers in that area and nothing so far.

I dont know from now what else I could do it. In my contract i gave 45 days closing time ( 2 days ago ) , so I dont have too much time also.

am I allow to do listing on MLS in Florida ??

any help is appreciatted.

A wholesaler is only as good as his buyers list.

You need to build your buyers list or find more well established wholesalers and basically rent their list for a fee. Obviously they want paid.

That's going to be your best option on such a short notice.A wholesaler is only as good as his buyers list.

Good to know that , now I need to know how I find those wholesale who sell those buyer list for lands

Check with some of the local REIAs to see if there are any interested buyers, have the host blast out an email to all members. But, also as mentioned above, maybe the price is too high and doesn't make sense for investor buyers. Alternatively you could try to wholetail it.

Thanks for the concern but about price I did not even talk about price . I just offer the land

have you asked any of the cash buyers why they aren't interested in the property? That might be a good start... Maybe you offered too much to the homeowner. Its quite possible. If you did, you have to renegotiate with the homeowner

they never contacted me back ( I texted all )

Work those phones! Call!!! Don't text. Don't wait for a reply go and get a reply.

ok .. I will do that,

thank you very much

@Lucero Cruz Narino  Maybe try calling instead of texting?  And yes, if they're not interested, try to find out why.

Good luck!

I will try to call them all
