Hello anyone know of any investor friendly title companies in the Tampa, FL area that will double-close using transactional funding?  I'm virtual wholesaling from out of state and trying to get a feel for things before making any decisions.  Thanks in advance

Hi! Anyone know of any investor friendly title company in the Kansas City, MO area that will do double-close and /or Assignment? I am a virtual wholesaling from Houston,TX looking to build team in Kansas City.

 Hey Joresia,

I've used Accurate Title for my wholesale deals as well as RD Title + Exchange. The latter was recommended to me by a large local investor and is extremely investor focused. They also have virtual online notary which makes closing very easy for all parties.

Lastly, Empora Title is a newcomer. I've not personally used them, unlike the other 2, but they have told me they can do a hold open double close (A to C close) which is very rare.

Best of luck. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. I can also be a buyer for you.

Hi Timothy,

Thank you for the Title companies information and let's talk on being buyer.
