Quote from @Bruce Lynn:

I think for most agents LLC doesn't probably make sense. If anything it complicates things and costs you more money. I'm thinking most agents don't have LLC. Maybe that is one of your interview questions.

If you are very top producer there can be some advantages, like employing your kids, SEPs or retirement plans and maybe if you have a big team some shield of liability if you set it up right and practice what your attorney teaches you to do to keep everything separate.

 Thanks for the tip!

Hello

Does anyone know if it's beneficial receive commission pay as a realtor to your LLC? Any tax benefits? This would of course be based on the LLC being formed through the state for real estate transactions. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello All,

I'm a new Agent in Virginia looking for somewhere to place my license.  I would prefer a brokerage that is investor friendly as that is a big area of interest for me as well.  I'm open to a cloud based brokerage and have been looking into Exp Realty.  Unfortunately not sure how to find a good sponsor.  Any suggestions?  Or what are some things I should be focusing on to weigh my options.  Any help is appreciated.

Can you tell me more on what you do?  I would like to learn more in this area of the industry.  Any dealings in the Virginia Beach/Myrtle Beach areas?

I guess what I should be asking is if you are familiar with those areas?  I get what you are doing.

Hello Deborah.  If you go to the "Meetup" app put in multifamily and location it will pull up meetups for your area of preference.  You will have the open to rsvp on the app as well.  Hope this helps!
