I am Real Estate Agent, but my husband's LLC is selling the house disclosure.

I am a licensed RE Agent and my husband is a Real Estate investor. His LLC buys/sells properties. If I list his property for him, am I considered as owner? I do disclose I am related to the Seller. I am not a member of his LLC. He is the only one under his LLC. I was just curious, since I am his spouse whether or not I need to disclose I am owner vs related.

I assume the laws and ethical standards are the same in your market as mine- you must disclose if you are related to your client in any way. As a matter of fact, it's a checkbox on our offer forms.
Not that I think you are trying to get away with anything, but what's the harm in disclosing?
I see lots of investors here who don't want to get licesnes because they would have to disclose that they are agents, but if you are doing everything legally and ethically, disclosures of any kind are irrelevant. I believe in OVER disclosing actually builds rapport and trust, which helps rather than hurts your case.

Best of luck with your listing!
