Quote from @Bill B.:

I'm no expert but I can spell google and they say you're an owner unless he made the LLC and bought the property before you we're married. Is there a downside to over disclosing?

Texas is one of nine states that is a community property jurisdiction. In general, this means that any property acquired by a couple during their marriage (with a few exceptions) is equally owned by both spouses. This can have a profound effect on the dissolution of property during divorce proceedings.

I

I do disclose that I'm related, I was wondering if I should switch the disclosure to owner instead saying related. Thank you so much for your feedback

Hi, I am Licensed Real Estate agent and my husband sells houses under his LLC. He is the only one under the LLC. Am I also consider the owner? I do disclose I am related to the seller, but now I am questioning if I should be disclosing I am the owner?

TIA

I am a licensed RE Agent and my husband is a Real Estate investor. His LLC buys/sells properties. If I list his property for him, am I considered as owner? I do disclose I am related to the Seller. I am not a member of his LLC. He is the only one under his LLC. I was just curious, since I am his spouse whether or not I need to disclose I am owner vs related.
