Are "We Buy Houses Cash" Businesses good cash buyers?

I stayed up till 2AM last night submitting 20 applications to have "We Buy Houses Cash" Businesses make an offer on a property I have under contract. My asking price is $105,000 for a 2bd/1ba 986 SqFt home in Rock Hill. I got a lot of mix results from someone rudely telling me that they don't buy from wholesalers because "it cuts into my profits" to having a more serious person wanting to schedule an showing to take a look at the property. most of the offers were very low, from someone offering me 50k to 80k. The ARV is 188,000-205,000 depending on the rehab.

But I wanted to know what was everyones experience dealing with these kinds of companies. 

P.S: Some of these people told me flat out that they don't do fix and flips and all they do is wholesale.

Those websites are owned by wholesalers. 

I think what you want to do is contact flippers in Charlotte.
