The 10 indications that someone is brand new to wholesaling

1. They think it’s whole selling, not wholesaling

2. Their entire knowledge stems from watching 6 hours of YouTube videos

3. They talk about “beginning my real estate journey”

4. They confuse wholesaling with investing

5. They state that they intend to wholesale in order to build capital for buying properties 

6. They’re debating spending $40k for a mentorship

7. Their biggest concern is finding buyers for all the exceptional deals they’re going to put under contract

8. They’re totally puzzled by “what to say” to a prospect once they find one

9. They think sending out 100 postcards is going to get them 5 deals
