Is aggression the key to getting deals?

Instead of following up with “Are you still interested in selling it?”, you’d follow-up with “If you’re still interested in selling it, I can take a look at it tomorrow at 7pm or Saturday at 10am or 4pm. Do any of these times work for you or is there a different day that works?”

Instead of following up monthly, following up weekly.

Instead of marking “interested” leads as “dead” when they change their mind to “not interested”, following up with them in 3 months. I paid for the leads, might as well use them, right?

I’m also thinking about marketing to prospects that have a smaller amount of competition such as properties in run down areas or properties that are days away from auction.

I’ve been trying to get my second deal for the last 6 months now am I’m wondering if my first deal was a fluke and aggression is the key ingredient I’m missing.
