What do you say on a follow-up?
I’ve been dealing with a lot of pre-probates and I got used to saying “Do you want to sell now or do you want to sell 3-4 months from now?” because they weren’t ready to sell yet due to the death being so recent.
This has spilled over to pre-foreclosures and driving for dollars.
Have I missed out on a lot of opportunities because I haven’t said, “Ok, I can look at it on Saturday. Does 10am or 2pm work better for you?” I did get a few pre-foreclosure appointments scheduled, but I’m wondering if I could have gotten more.
