What was the address of the first known wholesale deal in history?

The Smithsonian American History Museum has a tribute to one of the first colonizers that went around town to town and flipped property via selling the contract. 

It was on Elm Street in Massachusetts.

There’s a house in the museum by the revolutionary war section.

During the 1700s, there was a guy selling contracts.
