Why not absentee instead of driving for dollars?
I noticed that about 15% of my driving for dollars list is absentees.
I also noticed that half of my driving for dollars leads and my best leads come from absentees.
So why not just market to absentee owner? Not sure why throwing owner occupied-s in there is a good strategy when they’re usually just upset and demand the highest price (unless you’re doing sub 2 and not all cash).
I don’t think it’s a quantity issue either. I’ve marketed to 3,000 driving for dollars prospects in the last 2 years.
