Realtor call
I just had a realtor call on behalf of her client to whom I sent a letter. I was just wondering what you guys do when you receive calls like this.
I have also gotten two more calls from people who have their houses listed, would I be able to do a lease option on those?
My general question here though is, what do you do when a realtor is involved.
Thanks in advance,
David
