Are probates or driving for dollars more effective for direct mail?
Brandon Turner and DealMachine recommend sending direct mail to driving for dollars. Michael Quarles and Rick Ginn recommend sending direct mail to probates.
Which is better?

Depends on your area is my thought..........also, wholesaling probates can be a lil difficult because they have a lawyer in their ear by then......kinda guiding them.....(depending on where they are in the probate process of course)
