I am 22, have served 3 years in the navy and currently own a house hack in Jacksonville Florida. I'm active duty and a real estate agent. There are a lot of benefits to being both. You know firsthand how few military members know how to maximize their VA loan benefits. There are a lot of opportunities for you in real estate. Identify your niche and create a solid plan now, then execute.
