@Michael Dumler, thank you for the feedback I am still active duty, my main goal is to learn. I want to learn from a professional so that when I exit the navy (very soon) I’ll be ready and can take my real estate full time.

Good morning

I am 22, have served 3 years in the navy and currently own a house hack in Jacksonville Florida. I’m new to the wholesale strategy and am trying to find wholesaler's who would be willing to mentor me a bit as I start this journey. I will work for you as I learn and bring you deals for you to wholesale. Please pm if anyone Is willing. Thank you

So I’ve recently hit a year on my house hack property in Florida, and I’m only a few years out from finishing my current military enlistment. Rather then let the house sit on the market rent less while I transition out of the navy. I plan to 1031 into another property(s) in the Cleveland area. Is this a good plan if so who do I speak to about starting the process?

So I have a rental property currently under my name. I'm getting ready to move it to my LLC. Should I speak to a CPA or an attorney before making any moves if so which one is more important. Thank you

I bought my first property using a VA home loan, and I am coming up on one year. After that I plan on putting the home under my LLC. Is there anything I should know or consider before making this move. Thank you.

Good afternoon. im new to investing and was just wondering if it was better to charge a fixed price on rent that includes water and electric or should the renters get a water and electric bill every month. Thank you.

I'm currently Serving in the the navy and I currently have one house hack in Florida where I am stationed. I want to invest out of state in Cleveland OH. Does any one know any good lenders who work well with someone who has never worked with a lender before. Thank you.

I currently live in Jacksonville FL I bought my first house hack in December of 2021. I'm currently planning for my second property out of state in my home town of Cleveland OH. I'm wondering if I should use my own equity for the next property or find a lender and use my equity as leverage if anything falls through with the property. so I don't need use a HELOC right away.
