Hi, im new to Wholesale, I live in Tx and have a couple of deals, I would like to have someone help me out and go over them. See if my numbers make sense. They're all in Houston, TX. My current goal is to find a mentor, I'm willing to do a 50/50 on the first 5 deals. I do have low capital, currently looking at Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas markets. I would learn more and be able to bring you potential deals. I do have a buyers list. I want to learn and grow, end goal is to be financially free and retire my parents.

@Armando Santana Rebollar quick tip about finding a mentor or program. Be sure that they have what you want and/or are doing what you want to do. They're promoting a skill, not a lifestyle.
