If give someone the address to a property can they steal my deal?

I have a property under contract. I dropped the contract off at the title company with $100 deposit.

I’d like to assign that contract. Investors that I’ve contacted said they would need to have the address before they would show me Proof of Funds. If I give them the address before they show me proof of funds, can they steal my deal?

If you have it under contract no. You need to give address to sell the deal.
