Hello, I'm just getting started in Cleveland, OH and I am looking for some help/advice about wholesaling. I have read a lot and listened to countless hours of podcasts about wholesaling. I'm looking for some help/advice on contracts, title companies, marketing, partnering, mentoring and anything else that I might run into I the Cleveland market. I have about 10 years of experience in RE, in the mortgage industry, home inspections, and fix-n-flips. I would love to network with anyone interested. Any help/advice is welcomed. Thanks, Aaron
